Horrible service

I ordered a XL. They sent me a L. I initiated a return and was told I needed to print label and mail back. Explained I do not have acces to print or return and they can pick up since it’s their mistake. I was told no need to return. Now I’m being harassed to return. I have screen shots of the conversation and I am being denied access to speak with a manager.
