False Advertisement This Coat Was Never Available
Calvin Klein Toddler Girls Shimmer Monochromatic Hooded Jacket is false advertisement on the Macy's Website; Ordered the coat 1st time watied a week and Macy canceled it out and said it was on back order. I re-ordered the coat again 1 day later after cancellation because coat was available on website and tracking showed it's on the way to facility, but next day Macy did a 2nd cancellation. Coat as of 05-21-24 is still showing available on Macy's website. I spoke to customer service and they said it;s in high demand and I ask them to stop false advertising and remove from the site.
I have not received this package, I made the claim and they never gave me a response.

Great jacket
Zipper seems to be difficult for my 6yo, it often gets caught. My older daughter has the same coat though and hers does not get caught so maybe it’s just her particular zipper/coat that has an issue. Otherwise they love them.

this is really very good product. my daughter loves it. she is 7.5 years old. i bought 8-10 size. but it’s fit exactly now, she Won't be able to were next year. It's runs little small. so buy bigger size. but quality is really good.

This coat is beautiful and the material is amazing! My daughter loves it, said that it’s heavy ( I guess looks can be deceiving because it looks thin to me) but she’s warm and it’s a great length on her. I knocked down a point because it does look more like a size 14(L) instead of a 16( XL) I’m happy I went up a size from what I normally get her in outer wear, or I would had to return this item. Overall, great purchase and worth the asking price :)
