The bag looks like I have been using it for years.

The bag looks like I have been using it for years. It got worn up so badly. The color of it looks so pale like an old bad, there are a lot of parts that are ripped even I did not use it frequently.

Lovely Bag but.....

Cute pocketbook, cute shape! Purchased this beauty 1/13/2024! Present to myself for the New Year! On 1/26/2024 I noticed the bag was chipping in all 4 bottom corners! I called Macy's to let them know of this since I just purchased, the rep gave me 30 dollars in star money and 20% off coupon that I has a lot of restrictions so I cannot return and re-purchased another bag! Plus the bag in this color is no longer available! Wow!
