Buyers Beware

I purchased this beautiful bag to take on a trip to Europe. The second day of the trip, the strap completely broke- no way to fix it. I had to carry a broken bag around Greece AND purchase a new one to carry my stuff. When I returned it, no remorse from the customer service rep. I would expect better quality from both Calvin Klein AND Macy's, Very disappointing...

Width is not the same as described in the descript

I just wanted to let you know that the WIDTH is not the same as described in the description. The width of this bag is around 15 -16 inches.
