Perfect size
I’ve had this bag for a few months now and I love it, you can slide your phone in one of the side pockets to get to super easy and then there is a zip compartment in the middle to fit your wallet and keys so they are secure in there as a busy mum of a toddler I love it perfect length as well highly recommend

Very unhappy -- very stiff and plastic feeling. Couldn't even change the strap length without soliciting my help husband's because the strap was so stiff and not flexible.

Plastic!
I love the style color and size of this bag. However I hate the fact that it is plastic. I did not catch that on the description that it was made of PVC material. I don’t like the feel of plastic, I didn’t pay this much for plastic, and it weighs a ton for a small bag. This is a miss Calvin Klein! It’s going back.
