Disappointed

I was disappointed that the shrug I ordered came without the rhinestones. When I tried to return it at Macy’s I was told that because the item was not what I ordered I would have to call customer service and have them send a return label to get it back to them. Being elderly, it was just too much trouble so I decided to keep the shrug which, by the way is really cute and will look good with the long skirt and shell I am wearing for my granddaughter’s wedding. However the rhinestones would have added subtle elegance. Thus the three stars.

Runs Small

I usually wear a large but based on the reviews I sized up. It was still too tight across the shoulders and short in the back.
