Baggy is so 1990s

I saw the patterned texture and thought it was gong to be a snug / athletic fit. I'm usually a large and buy medium for a tighter look. This one is actually baggy especially in the waist -- even after washing and in the dryer. Additionally, the neck looks pretty feminine. Almost blouse-like.
