No stock monitoring

Emailed a day later from Macy's to say it was all of the sudden out of stock??? Hmmm. Today's technology you'd think someone would monitor stock before purchasing. I would have bought this for my granddaughter. Had to spend time the next day searching for a replacement coat to arrive before the holidays. Bought from Boscovs.

Poor Quality

Jacket ripped in the seams at the hood and at the bottom. Macy's refused to return the jacket because it was adt 30 days. So I'm out my money, and left with a defective jacket. My child can't use.
