Bra straps not attached

Hi, I bought Calvin Klein bra (black bra) on Feb. 18th 2025, the order number is 4574408290. I received the bra on Feb. 20th, but it came without straps, eventhough it has the loops for the straps that wasn't attached. Could someone explain to me why the straps were not sent along with the bra? I would appreciate a response. Thank you, dissatisfied customer

CK Bra

Band is not 34” inches. Reason why I know is because a different CK bra, brand new, measures accurately. Disappointed, however, I returned it.

Read the sizing chart!

The sizes on this bra run way big. I normally wear a 32D and sized down to a 34C to ensure the bra fit snugly. Turns out, I should have gone for a 30B per the sizing chart. I think this is a good garment overall but make sure to size down two sizes for your perfect fit.
