Zipper does not work well

This is a great size and color bag, unfortunately the zippers are a problem. When using the bag, the zipper sometimes unzips fine but zipping back up is always an issue. The zipper gets stuck and I have to set the bag on something flat and use two hands to carefully get the zipper to pass over the teeth on the side panel. Once zipped around the side panel, the rest of the zip is not really a problem. I am not sure if it is a just a cheap zipper or if the design is a problem due to the angle that you are trying to zip when actually using the bag. I stopped using one of the compartments because of the zipper issue, or I use it if I have something big in it and leave the zipper partially unzipped so I don't have to fight with it. The bag should probably have had a double zipper that ends at the top like luggage so you can get in and out of purse without a fight.

Small but well made

This is very small but does have some room in one of the compartments. The structure is very stiff, but may get more pliable after use. There are no credit card slips which is disappointing.

I like the size and design but the hardware is silver not gold tone and it's faux leather

Perfect crossbody

This purse is absolutely gorgeous! The size is perfect! I got the red with goldhardware. I want one in each color. Super super happy with my purchase and got it at a terrific sale price. Thank you Macy’s for keeping me a happy customer :-)
