How???

I have never received an item in the mail this messed up. I don’t even know how this was actually sent out. Firstly, the box was already opened. Secondly, there were only 3 underwear inside. Thirdly, one of the underwear were inside out. And finally, nothing was neatly placed it. How this item was allowed to be shipped is beyond my imagination.

Opened torn box and missing items

I ordered these online as a gift. Right away I noticed that the box was smashed and torn on top. The tape that usually keeps it enclosed and sealed was ripped off. There were two missing from the pack. Will be returning in store for a refund. Macy's what is up with your quality control?? This is unacceptable! This is the second item within a month that I've had a problem with.
