I did not get my package

Bad experience with pickup process

Upon arrival there are two separate lines at their customer service area (where pickup is located ) the regular line was very long although there was no one in the “online order pickup only “ line with special red ropes. I hopped in that line and while both female employees looked and stared at me serval times they skipped me and skipped me until that line cleared helped numerous people that came in after me. I even spoke up a few times and kept saying I would be next but would call someone from the same line. The lady that ended up assisting me was apparently the manager. Apologizes for my misspelling but it was along the lines of “Hyun” she was extremely rude and condescending and just kept saying the line is so skinny and she hates the system bc she forgets ppl and when I kept reminding her I spoke up an she was staring at me she just smiled and nodded and ignored me. I asked to speak with a manager which then I met with Kris. She was extremely nice and took the time to understand

Love Macy’s

It was very easy to deal with Macy’s. Product I ordered was as advertised. Macy’s is one of the few big department stories that has stood the test of time and in fact was established in 1858. I have shopped there for years and hope they will be here for many more years to come.
