What is this??

I’ve been buying this brand from Macy’s for many many years. I’ve always been happy with my purchase. Unfortunately they are packaged in clear bags. The underwear has always been attractively boxed, but this time it showed up in just clear plastic bags making it look like it was possibly tried on and return to the company and then shipped to me. I really don’t even want to touch them, but I do not want them. I would like to receive two new boxed packages in the packaging that Calvin Klein has used for years not in clear plastic bags. Please assist with this so that I can continue to be a Macy’s customer.

Poor quality

Purchased Large White, Washed before wearing and the underwear shrank to a Medium-Small. Material much thinner, quality poor .Extremely disappointed.
