be aware of buying from Macys online

I bought this item online and didn't like it and tried to return it in the store after 1 week and they refused to returned because its final sale and can't be returned so I called the 800 number and they refused to return it so be aware of buying from Macy's (very bad customer service)

poorly designed

From a picture standpoint, this boot profiles very nicely. It runs very narrow and small and poor arch support. It does not observe walking vibration. I am certain after a few minutes of wearing and walking it would be painful. Very disappointed with CK on this one. Do not buy!
