Size Is Accurate for Me

I found this jacket in the store but unfortunately not in my size. I found it quickly online and put it in my Cart. I also returned a Columbia jacket in XL that was extremely oversized for my frame. After ordering online, the jacket shipped the same day and was delivered 2 days later. The whole experience was first class. This jacket is well made and looks great! Kudos to Macy's for making this transaction so seamless. Also, your store associate was a pleasure to deal with during a busy time.

Unbelievable

Purchased 4 jackets for gifts. Macy’s sent 3 while one out of stock. Didn’t tell me until it was too late. Worst customer service I have ever had! Never shopping here again

Excellent jacket

Excellent jacket. Very versatile. Warm enough for colder temps, but light enough for comfort when weather is warmer. I don't dare keep my cellphone in the outside slip pockets. They are slanted so it could easily fall out. The zipper pockets are secure, but less convenient.
