Fit Doesn't Work

Heavy weight cotton shirt. It appears to be mismarked regarding size or fit because it is a short tee that is very wide. A short chubby guy would fit this shirt just fine. For my 15 year old teen grandson, I think not. He's slender in the middle even if he might take an X-large. Got him the same shirt in black and it fit fine. Not sure why the white is so wide. I'm sending it back. Hope this helps.
