Wrong size sent by Macy’s

I ordered size 40S they sent 38R instead, it supposed to be my valentines day gift for my husband they just ruined everything for me , i start hating shopping from macys cause this was not the first time to send a wrong item or a wrong size , the coat seems nice though but never ever order from Macys again !

I probably will return, because of the color. It is much darker than we see in the picture. The fit and quality is good.
