Never received this item

After ordering this coat for my autistic son I was suppose to pick it up at the store only to now see that they said the coat was refunded and we can keep the item. Refunded where? I used a gift card!!!! I never received this item at all. This is the first and last time I’ll ever order from Macys for in store pick up. Worst experience ever. I guess I lost out on this money as well.
