Great Customer Service at Macys in Fredericksburg

I want to commend customer service representative Ms. Ivory for demonstrating great customer service. Ms. Ivory helped me select a nice belt and wallet, and was nice and personable. Ms. Ivory and her supervisor, Ms. Ozge, made me feel welcome at Macys in Fredericksburg, VA. I will continue to shop at Macys because of the good products and the hospitality of Ms. Ivory and Ms. Ozge.

Great features!

My 18 year old nephew loved the wallet! Just wish the Thousand Oaks Macy’s had it in stock. I had to drive all the way to the Topanga mall Macy’s to get it.

Nice wallet

My husband was overdue for a new wallet and wanted one with RFID. I chose this brand mainly for the color and price. It feels soft and wasn’t too bulky to fit in his pocket.
