Received a wrong color shirt!

Returned the item; it has 2 issues. First: I’d received a wrong color polo shirt. Second: the fabric seems to be damaged on one large spot at the belly area. It looks like someone placed the hot iron on the fabric, caused the fabric to condense. I am disappointed with this purchase.

Color is not the same as image

Even though I was sent the same color I purchased its just not the same as in the images. Pic is clearly brown. Polo shirt in reality is green.
