Wrong length and material

Pants were not a 31x30. They seemed more like 31x34. That’s how “off” the length was. On top of that, the pants were not the same material as the jacket. Seems to be a quality control issue.

Incompetent People and Process in Macys- don’t buy

I would never recommend buying this product or buying from Macys. I ordered this item on July 7, 2025 for a wedding on July 19. My item was not delivered as at the day of the wedding despite calling Macys copious times and customer care telling me it will arrive. I am disappointed and gutted. I will never buy from Macys and I am closing their credit card. They are disappointing and they have a bad customer service.
