Disappointed with the delivery standard

Short fits well and is decent quality but I'm extremely disappointed with the way it was delivered. Seemed like they picked it up for the discarded clothes in the fitting room, threw it in the box and sealed it.

Neck too tight

My neck size is 16 or 16.5, and this shirt was a 16/34, but the collar was so tight that I was unable to button it and had to return the shirt.
