Security tags not removed from items purchased

Customer service representative left BOTH security tags on pants. I purchased for an event that I traveled for out of State the following day and only noticed after I arrived at my destination and unpacked my luggage. Can you imagine the mere frustration and inconvenience. Words could never put it into perspective. I would certainly recommend but the surprise of seeing the tags left on after the fact is totally unacceptable. In this regard my rating above does not reflect the merchandise, it is a reflection of the customer service representative. I would appreciate Macy's making it right on this. What will it be?
