Very disappointed customer

Very Disappointed. My pants says size 33 waste but it’s more like 31. I’m will have to pay to let it out. I went to my local Macys store only to be told that the pants is an old style that they don’t carry anymore. Same with the Jacket, an old style. Normally size 40 suit jacket fits me perfectly but this jacket is slim size and much too small, same with the pants. At least the store took it back, but not the pants cause I took the tag off when they told me on the phone that it was an old style. So overall I’m very disappointed.

Poor service

I just want to say Macy’s has poor customer service and policy. I placed order late at night then next morning wanted to cancel order. It has not been shipped yet and everybody else I ever ordered thru if it hasnt shipped it can be canceled. I called customer service and they stated its past 30 mins to cancel but will send request to cancel order. Now either they didnt send message or their policy is to just let it ship and let customer return it. People change their mine after 30 mins. Now I have to wait to receive all my items which should of been shipped togetheir and i paid extra for but are coming different days. Then have to go to Macy and return all items when they could of just canceled the order. The items might be the best ever but bad service is bad service and now will never order again from Macys.

Totally wrong

I was looking forward to my new jacket with but unfortunately when I opened up the box I found a different brand, a different size and a plaid pattern when I ordered blue. I disappointedly returned it through ups and will never order from Macy's again.

Macy's promised me and item that didn't arrive

So i purchased the suit jacket, and then the matching pants, and I received receipts for both of them. The jacket arrived to me by mail, but the pants never arrived. Then i received an email refunding my money for the pants because they were magically "unavailable." There's no use in having the jacket if i can't have the matching pants. So i sent the jacket back. Macy's should NOT have issued me a receipt for the pants if they didnt have any!!
