Quality

Almost perfect

I wear XL & the strap isn’t adjustable & a little short for my size. I love that the strap unzips to convert to a backpack, but be careful with certain fabrics because the zipper teeth are pretty rough and will catch. Love the very deep pockets front & back. I think it’s a very attractive bag. It’s not real leather & the deep pockets have a strong funky smell. Picture is to show zipper teeth & stitching on back pocket, since it doesn’t look or smell like leather.

Black purse ordered gray purse received

Well, I ordered this purse in black and was really excited to get it delivered, however, when I opened the box, it was a gray purse. Nothing like what I ordered. So now I’m going to have to return it and re-buy it too bad it’s not available in the store because I would just go and exchange it. But now I have to return this one and order the other one online. Color me not happy.

Different material than advertised

Ummmmm, the bag was not made of leather- but according to the title on the Macy’s website- as well as the web receipt -it was “leather”. And the item STILL states leather on the website. One star for the item being delivered in a timely manner.
