Harsh Fabric, High Waters

I'd wear almost any CK but this was a disgrace: pants higher than the model's picture; fabric is dry-ish itchy and stiff. Stiff is to be expected somewhat but this wouldn't be comfy or inviting even after a wash. I wouldn't even want to keep these if they were a gift because it's so uncomfortable.
