What's with the hole in the hood?

I like this jacket but, like a previous poster mentioned, I'm disappointed with the hole in the hoodie. And only because of that poster was I aware of this fact about this item, but I decided to give it a chance from lack of other choices. But seriously, what purpose does this hole serve? I really wanted to like this jacket. I wanted something I could wear during that in-between-seasons period (i.e., no longer freezing but not warm enough to go sleeveless) and thought this would be a good choice, especially since it's waterproof. But, what good does waterproof do if your hair can still get wet if/when it rains? I still don't get the idea why the hoodie has a hole. This is something that should be clearly described and explained in the description of this item. I'm debating whether I should return this.

I'm glad the color was available. Comfortable fit and that it's waterproof and would keep me warm.

Favorite!

One of my favorite CK jackets, have in 2 colors. Super comfortable, stylish and looks great on my more curvy body style. Can be worn 6 months out of the year easily. Only issue is the grey one stains easily and the material harder to clean as more "plastic" than cloth.

Very cool jacket... sporty and cute

This jacket looks great and fit is comfortable. I see this as my go to jacket in the rainy season... I got the black but, think about getting another color.
