Not as soft after 1 wash

After (1) one wash the softness and structure are not the same. And yes I used laundry softener and dryer sheet! It is now a “crispy” tshirt and assuming will soften upon wearing?

Not CK quality

Not CK quality, and clearly not preshrunk. Top is too short, too snug, and the XXL fit like an XL before washing, now fits like a L. No excuse for this T not being preshrunk
