Waist band too small even on a L

Try getting this past your hips. I wear L bought L. Furthermore the waist band folds over as soon as you pull the pants up ( assuming you reach that far)

Too hard to pull on!

I'm an ex small or smaller in Calvin Klein. This pant is SO tight in the ankles that I could barely get it over my small feet. The waist is nice and high, as shown, but also not stretchy enough to be pulled on without a struggle. It's a nice look if and when you do manage to get it on--takes strength though! I'm returning.
