Nice blazer but runs very small

Cute blazer. Color is exactly like the photos online. Average quality, not great. Runs extremely small. I typically wear a 10/12 petite. Purchased the 14P and it is way too small. Had my daughter who is a size 0/2 try it on and it’s only slightly big on her. Unfortunately I can’t return or exchange it…final sale.
