Very pretty, but quite small

This blazer runs extremely small. I am 5'2" tall and 120 pounds, and the size ten was too tight. I returned it. It is a beautiful jacket and well-made, but just too small. It was even very snug across the back. I normally wear a PM, sometimes PL. My bra size is 34DD.
