Sized wrong

I ordered a size 2 petite. This dress is size 2 petite should have been sized a size 0. It's too small and there are no return.

Petite is very small all over, not just the length

Beautiful print, but way too small. Lovely fabric. I am disappointed there seems to be no regular in my size.

Runs extremely small. Sleeves were puffier than it appeared.
