wrong pants, right tag

I ordered CK wide leg pants in petite small and received CK jogging pants with ankle bands in regular Medium. Ticket was right but style and size were wrong. Not able to reorder the item I wanted.

Ill fitting, and unflattering.

Loved the matching velvety jacket, detested "pants". Bunched at stomach. Ill fitting at hips. Just not my curvy cup of tea. Shame as the material comfy.

Online order problem

I ordered the merchandise on line. When I received the pants, the security bottoms are still on them. I had to either return them or take them to a Macy store to get them taken out. The closest Macy store is one hour away from me. I am quite angry with the careless of the person (people) who took care of the online ordering.
