Too long

I'm 5'4 and this skirt is a few inches away from my ankles. It feels frumpy

Cute style, poorly finished.

Cute style, poorly finished. Mine arrived with strings hanging from the bottom. The wrong side of the fabric shows when the pleats move. Not a good look!
