I wore this dress on the 1st day of my new career. It was a hit! It photographed beautifully for my new badge and I received multiple compliments and nods of approvement. Beautiful color and fabric, but the fit is a bit bulky in the bust area. I’m 5’3” and 200 lbs, and I ordered a size 14 Plus. While it fits elsewhere, it’s still loose around the chest and gives a bit of a pouch-like look.”
