Shoulder pads in a sleveless blouse?

Oddest feeling ever when i tried this on. Shoulder pads didn't help this shirt stay in my closet. Very odd to have them extanding over my arms. Returned right away! Pretty color, bad structure!

The arm holes came down WAY to far and entire side of bra shows. Do not care for padding in shoulders. Returning
