Holiday outfit ruined.

I purchased this dress a few day prior to Christmas to wear on Christmas Day. Cashier tore loop that held button closed at top of neck when taking dress off of hanger. I knew I could repair it. I went to repair dress on Christmas morning and that’s when I noticed cashier had not removed the security tag. I was therefore, unable to wear it for Christmas. Dress was returned. I am I’m no hurry shop for a dress at Macy’s any time soon.
