Great small backpack
Bought the gray. Looked at in the store. Gray leather is much darker than pictured. Been using this purse for a few weeks now. Outside slots are perfect for phone or flat items, not good for glasses. The front zipper is great for glasses or quick access items. Back zipper space fits a long wallet and a smaller bottle of water. Happy I bought this bag. The dark gray goes with anything.

Nice quality; but color not as pictured
I bought this backpack purse to downsize from my MK backpack, which was becoming too heavy. This Calvin Klein backpack is much, much smaller, but it still fits my wallet, sunglasses, keys and cell phone without weighing me down. There are open slot pockets both in front and back (for the "smoke" color); I use the front pocket for quick access to my iPhone. While I do like this backpack, the “smoke” color is not as pictured. Based on the online pictures, I was expecting something in the off-white to beige family, but it’s more like putty to taupe grey. Not the prettiest color, but I do like the neutral hematite-toned hardware. The zippers are good quality and easy to open (there is an interior zippered pocket, too). The straps are a little on the thin side and I have them on the highest notch so it sits higher on my back (between my shoulders). This is a good backpack purse for someone who is looking for a compact alternative to the larger backpack purses out there.
