Poor quality

The button is already falling after maybe a month of using it

Very bad quality

Very bad quality. I’ve had this purse for about two months the button is already falling of its so hard to open it once the button clamps. The metal part on the hanging cords already fell. Do not recommend this product at all.

Tear in the inside lining

First time I used this purse last week, greatly disappointed. I decided to clean the inside today and found out that there is a big rip in the lining. It's hard to open the latch, they stick strongly and it feels like it will be ripped off the leather in a few more use. I bought Micheal Kors backpack a year ago and have used it a number of times, still good, compared to my recent purchase. May I exchange this Calvin Klein back pack?
