Need a new strap

The shoulder strap broke. Love the versatility of the bag. Lots of space. How can I get a replacement strap?

what you need to improve???maybe dont say it has a pouch when it doesnt and it is reversible ,when its not

NO POUCH!

Bag fell apart in first 30 days.

The design is horrible and the bag is already unraveling! To add insult to injury...I can’t even return this item. I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed in both Macy’s and Calvin Klein.

Great bag

I really love this bag. I love the burnt orange color, and all the gold hardware, and that it comes with a long cross-body strap. The reason I only gave it four stars, though, is because there are no outside pockets

I would not buy again, quality does not match pric

Nice big bag however no separate compartments or sections, making things very difficult to locate in my purse. The reversible aspect is pointless since the bottom seam started to tear apart, making it look cheap. Not worth the price. Please watch your quality control Calvin Klein... overall disappointing product for the price.

Definitely not for me!

It’s huge! But not in a good way. The bag is heavy and boxy with no large space inside. It’s going back.
