I'm hard to fit.

I like CK quality but like most brands these days sleeve length is perplexing. With the cuff unbuttoned, the sleeves went past my knuckles. That's ridiculous! I don't have that much tolerance for the bunched-up look. it's not the fault of Macy's but unfortunately, Macy's gets a return.

Poor service

I just want to say Macy’s has poor customer service and policy. I placed order late at night then next morning wanted to cancel order. It has not been shipped yet and everybody else I ever ordered thru if it hasnt shipped it can be canceled. I called customer service and they stated its past 30 mins to cancel but will send request to cancel order. Now either they didnt send message or their policy is to just let it ship and let customer return it. People change their mine after 30 mins. Now I have to wait to receive all my items which should of been shipped togetheir and i paid extra for but are coming different days. Then have to go to Macy and return all items when they could of just canceled the order. The items might be the best ever but bad service is bad service and now will never order again from Macys.
