magnetic snap buttons doesn't snap well

I bought the bag 3 days ago and just received it today. There loose stitches between the handle and the main body and it's hard to close the magnetic snap button. I have to used both hand to hold the button and slide other hand inside the bag to hold then it able to snap. Not so functional when we are in a rush to close the bag. I went online to request for a return, then the bag is having 40% off!!! I paid $72 more for a bag that doesn't snap very well!

Beautiful

I fell in love with this cute backpack, not only because it's from my favorite brand but also because of how practical it is! It's comfortable, adjustable and feels secure. I don't like bags that lack zippers because someone could just grab anything from inside your bag, but this one feels very secure when i wear it.

My experience

Very spacious, fits all my things comfortably with extra space. The material is excellent for all weather, I was caught in the rain and none of my belongings got wet.

Cute bag

Bought this for an upcoming trip, as I didn't want to carry a purse while traveling. Nice quality but barely fits my laptop.
