Not the Dress

This is unfair because this rating is not about the dress; it is about the shipping. I received the dress without it being placed in an inner bag within the shipping bag. I never understand how someone would think it acceptable to place a product directly in the shipping bag, especially clothing. It will arrive disheveled, and if any damage happened to the shipping bag, the product itself can be damaged as well. I will say that as others wrote, the dress does have heft to it, and the burgundy color is beautiful. I did not even bother to try it on because I knew immediately that I was going to send it back. I would still recommend purchasing the dress, but I needed a forum where I could reach out to Macy’s regarding the poor shipping of this dress. Normally, Macy’s is great with their shipping, but they dropped the ball on this one.

Timeless

It's perfect! True to size and made well. The wine coloring is deep and it hangs beautifully on my body. Sleek and elegant, I am ever so pleased to have this in my wardrobe. So glad I was able to snag one at this price! Definitely highly recommended.

Beautiful dress

This dress has a very flattering fit. The aubergine color is beautiful. The fabric has a very nice drape to it and it flares out well for a feminine silhouette. The dress runs slightly large, if between sizes I would recommend sizing down.

Pretty Dress Just not for Me
