gorgeous

The fabric is a luxe plush velvet and the color is a deep plum; very luxurious and classy. I wasn't happy with the fit which was just a bit too loose for me.

Better in person

I would never have ordered this online, even though that's how I primarily shop. I saw this in store and tried it on. It isn't as short as the picture, it hits me right at the knee and I'm 5'8". Fit's very well and the color is beautiful. I bought this to wear to a cocktail event but will also be wearing for holiday parties. I'm very pleased.

Elegant dress

This is a lovely wine color velvet dress. I'm 5'5, 125 and ordered size2, and it fits like a glove. So elegant dress at such a bargain price. Wore it to my office party, and received so many compliments.
