Not delivered the item, but status was delivered
I spent X number of hours to finalize the product and waited patiently for the delivery. Surpristing status was delivered but I haven't received the product, after multiple helpdesk chats I came to know refund was processed and the package was delivered to the sender, disgusting experience.
