USED UNDERWEAR!!!

They sent me OPEN and USED underwear for my pick up in store and said they would ship me a new pack. They lied. Called an agent over the matter three days later.. they first told me the order for the NEW shipment was made, then in the SAME BREATH, said I have to repurchase the new one. I questioned why she said that the order was made then. She didn’t have an answer.
