Slow process

I purchased item on September 24th with a description of delivery of 3 days, today as I write this review is September 30th and the tracking information now has a delivery date of October 8th, I bought it from the Macy’s App, but it seems that it ships from outside of the country, if you need it fast as I did before a vacation, I suggest you by it at least a month in advance or from another site or store.

I haven’t received it and placed the order back in May at the end of May and now we are at the en of June and haven’t received it. I tracked it and that packaged just went to so many states and my city then again more states and then my city and then again more states and back to the sender and never delivered…..
