Pick up after online shopping

I thought it would save me some time if I shopped online and select same day pickup. The order was place before 10am. Thought I was smart to go the following day as it would give the staff time to put my order together. First after being given the option that I could pick up or have the things delivered I chose pick up as I need the items for two days later and did not want to take the chance and the items are not delivered on time. Went the following day and some of the items were not available for pickup. Not knowing when they would deliver to the store and not wanting to return for pickup I chose a different item. Now how do I cancel previous order? I spent more than enough time on the given telephone number and can get no one as you are given different number for departments that seems not to exist... How frustrating!

Alarm device still attached to garment

The jumpsuit is beautiful. Unfortunately, the alarm device is still attached when it was delivered. We will now have to make a 50 mile round trip to a Macy’s store to have it removed before my wife can wear her birthday gift. Not happy at all.

Crotch too low

I had to put a cami on with this. The legs are short and the crotch is too low. Feel it is made for a person with a long torso. It is cute. Just not for me.

Disappointed

Very low cut; has buttons but they don't go up high enough. Pant legs are way too wide. Looks good on model but didn't work for me...I was swimming in the pant legs. Liked the style in the photo and the material but didn't work for my 5'5" height. Made for a tall model but the pant legs are much wider than they look in photo. I had to return it.
