Very small pockets

This coat is beautiful and comfortable, however the comfort level is NOT 100% because the pockets are extremely small. The pockets entrance are children size. You can barely stick your hand inside. I am tall and have big hands and was only able to barely fit my right hand into side pocket, which kept getting stuck when trying to take it out. This coat is for the cold weather and you can't even use it to keep your hands warm. It appears to be made only for looks. I'm going to have to cut the Seam to broaden the pocket.

Too Long for Short & Petite

Very warm and heavy for Iowa winters but not flattering on short, petite women. I'm 5'2 and the coat was nearly dragging on the ground. Also, the belt doesn't tie like you'd think it does in the photo. Unfortunately returning only because it's so long.

50% Wool, 38% Polyester, 6% Acrylic, 4% Nylon

I purchased the light gray color, and it's beautiful, but it was too long for my height (5'3"). I thought of taking it to have it tailored, but in the end, I decided to return it because I'm sure I can find a coat with more than 50% Wool for a similar price. It was not worth (to me) the cost of altering it. I always wish vendors specified the fabric content, so here it is: 50% Wool, 38% Polyester, 6% Acrylic, 4% Nylon, 2% Rayon.

Excellent Quality, But….

This coat runs very large and as a result, is also very long for the size listed. If you order, I would recommend getting it one size smaller than you normally order. Beware, this coat is heavy. I don't mean related to warmth, etc, but physically heavy. I live in a cold climate and am used to "heavy" wool coats, but this has got to be the heaviest in terms of weight I have ever felt. For this reason I am returning, even though it is beautiful.

Very soft! Perfect weight to layer under in the winter. Feels very sturdy and fits me well.
