Beautiful but uncomfortable

Beautiful shoe but the quality isn't there. There are dents in the heel and it's uncomfortable. I am going to buy gel inserts to see if that helps. They also run 1/2 size too big. I ordered the black and the Carmel.

Inside shoe leather is peeling

So disappointed. I bought them a couple of months ago, I've never worn them and now I see both shoes are peeling inside...I'm not able to return them now, so disappointed... Very low quality, don't buy.
